To start your search for a designer dress, the following suggestions might help:

1. The first obvious choice would be wedding magazines, although they do not always mention the upper-end designers. They will, however, be a good source for ideas about what you like, and also for local boutique contact information so that you can try and source the higher-end shoes in your area.
2. Speaking of boutiques in your area, a good place to start would be to ask them if they either carry or can source the designer shoes of your choice. Even if they do not regularly carry the line, they may be able to order one for you in order to secure your business at their salon. This includes high-end department, shoe stores and boutiques as well, not just wedding stores.
3. Take a look online – Google will be helpful – in your quest to find designer shoes you love. Try celebrity wedding sites and look through the various designer’s own sites to get a feel for their wedding shoe collections. Many designers will list contact information you can use to help you locate stores which carry their lines.
4. eBay and other auction or sale sites may prove useful. Whether you know exactly what you want, or are willing to browse a little, try searching sites like eBay for designer wedding shoes. You may even find some great designer shoes that were not meant specifically for a wedding but would work for you.
5. Big cities: If you live somewhere rural, your local access to designer shoes – or designer anything! – may be severely limited. Try making a trip, or at least a few calls, to a large metropolis such as New York or Paris, where you are sure to find what you are looking for. This shoe has a rounded toebox, so it gave toes lots of room to move
around, no pinching. Very cute little shoes. The heel is the perfect
height, not too short to be frumpy, but not too tall that I would dread
wearing them for 8+ hours. The strap also adds to stability.

I bought two pairs of shoes for my upcoming wedding and definitely
liked these much better. They are extremely comfortable for my wide
width feet. I also didn’t want to feel like I was balancing on a thin,
wobbly heel and these don’t feel like that at all. The heel is very
sturdy and the perfect height for the look of heels with a “flat heel”
feeling. I would definitely recommend them. Additionally, I had no
problems whatsoever returning the other pair of shoes and was credited
within just a couple of days.The only negative comment is that I was
disappointed that they don’t come in 9W, so I ordered 9-1/2W to be on
the safe side. They are a bit big, but I will just find a heel cushion
to avoid the shoe slipping off.
